Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness to all customers while allowing us to maintain efficient service.


1. Cancellation Timeframes & Refunds

• More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund or credit for future travel.

• 12 to 24 hours before pickup: 50% refund or credit for future travel.

• Less than 12 hours before pickup: No refund.


2. No-Show Policy: If a passenger does not show up at the designated pickup location without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.


3. Flight Delays & Cancellations: If your flight is delayed or canceled, we will do our best to accommodate changes. Please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule.

  • Services provided have a 3-hour minimum outside Orlando or Miami. (Weekends and Holidays may have a longer minimum hourly requirement, please call us to confirm.)


    BUSES have a 5 Hour minimum within TC, for trips outside Orlando or Miami please call to check on hourly minimum and travel time if applicable.

  • Prices may vary by date and vehicle availability.  (For seasonal events such as graduations and weddings, be sure to reserve early.)


    For an accurate price please enter complete trip information online. (Trip information should include date, time, adresses, and vehicle type.) Drop-off only / one way” rates available.

  • Basic online rates does not include Florida sales tax (6.5% when applicable), 20% Gratuity (TIP), 9% fuel surcharge, tolls (if any), parking (if any), extra stops (if any), or additional waiting time (if any) that may be incurred during your trip.  Some of these charges may be included in your custom quote.

  • Meet and Greet airport pick-up is available, booking request add-on must be made at the time of booking. There is an additional $10 charge for Meet and Greet on Sedan airport pickups.
